I have a Porsche 911 and am trying to pull out the head unit so that I can use the AUX in connection for my ipod, using my headphone jack.
I cannot figure out how to pull the head unit out. I've removed the face plate and plastic trim piece. I've tried pushing from behind, but it's pretty tight back there and that isn't working.
If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

It should just slide out slowly, I don't think you need any 'keys' or tools of any sort. If you still can't, take it to a professional. Nice head unit, I used to have the 35z, nice car too!!
I've tried to slide it out, but cannot get a grip anywhere. Here are 2 pics. I've also tried to get behind the unit to push it out, but my hands are too big/space is too small.
