Sunday, December 18, 2005 - 03:50 GMT Clarion 500W 2 channel amp, bridged together(400 watt RMS) to a 10" alpine type-s (2 ohm), in the correct size box. My deck is a 200W Alpine deck, will all this work???

Sunday, December 18, 2005 - 06:55 GMT well most amps bridged are at 4 ohms...u wouldnt want to run a two ohm sub on an amp bridged at 4 ohms... but if on the specs...it says "bridged power at 2 ohms" you will be fine if not..and u already have the amp and sub..but another sub on ebay...and wire them up to 4 ohms and youll be all good or u can just wire the sub to one of the channels..and u will get the rated power at 2 ohms...(correct me if im wrong on this last part)

Sunday, December 18, 2005 - 07:00 GMT i was lookin on the clarion site...and all the 2 channel amps had specs with bridged power being at 2 ohms..so you will be fine if one of your amps is one of the ones on the site.. wwhat amp do u have??
