my system right now. 2005 honda accord v6 1 jl audio 1000/1 1 jl audio 450/4 my light is dimming a little right now at very high volume. i just bought another jl 1000/1 amp to power 2 idmax subs. i know there is no way i can set this up with my stock alt. i went to excessive amperage site and they only have up to the 2003 honda accord. mine is 2005. i called a few places locally and the max is they can build mine is 160. i would think i need at least 200-250. any suggestions.
Call nathan on the phone. Dont go by the internet site, chances are he can still make you one. And for those three amps, you'd actually need more than a 100 amp alternator. Figure that you'd need around 250ISH for just the amps, then figure in what your car needs as well.
You're going to have to add an extra battery or two as well as a HO alternator..
