Silver Member Username: Rob_pregRoyal oak, Michigan United states Post Number: 267 Registered: Sep-05 | okay, i am currently exchanging emails with the administrator about finally getting some stickies on this forum. what i need from all of you experienced members are ideas for what to include. now, please put some thought in all your suggestions and try to put everything into one organized post so i can inlcude it in my next email. these will be mainly to help clear out all of the overly asked questions and very basic questions. one classic example would be to include the link to the good, bad, ugly list. another would be for basic wiring configurations. again, please try to put all ideas in a single post and try to make it well organized. ill probably email them back in a few days to give everyone a chance on here to look at this and give their input. thanks, and hopefully we'll have our oooh so needed stickies for FAQ very soon. oh, and here's the email the admin sent back to me "Please specify the articles or threads you would like to be stickies. Also, if you are interested in creating a new thread for newcomers, I'll do what I can to make it always appear at the top." |

Silver Member Username: Touche6784USA Post Number: 785 Registered: Nov-04 | i think you need to require an exam about the basic things so you dont get constant noob questions, thats what drove glasswolf off the board. a spelling exam might be good too, esp for some posters here. |

Silver Member Username: TheelfkeeperStockbridge, GA USA Post Number: 657 Registered: Feb-05 | there should be a top 10 list for each section with like pros and cons for each brand or something to cut down on all the "is this any good" and "sub/amp/HU...ect X VS. sub/amp/HU...ect Y" lol, i like Christopher's idea, but that'll keep the audio knowledge from spreading and no one will know any better then what they tell you at BB or CC. |

Bronze Member Username: Mwright1000Post Number: 63 Registered: Dec-05 | I used to have my own site when DirectTV was hackable. I had the same probs there. What you need to do is make a newbie section and in there put old post, links(ex. link to 12volt.com), FAQ, Definitions of certain terms. I think you guys get the idea. |
