Thursday, December 08, 2005 - 15:48 GMT i will have 2 12" rockford fosgate subs 150 watts rms each they are single voice coil and i will be buying a kicker kx 350.2 or 350.4 depending on what would work better with the subs ohm load.

Thursday, December 08, 2005 - 16:15 GMT if you can get those subs in a single 4ohm...just get the kx350.2 and wire one sub to each channel. the amp will see a 2ohm load and the subs will get ~200w each. if you get them in singe 8ohm...wire both subs in parrallel and bridge the amp. the amp will see a 4ohm load and each sub will get ~200w. oh...and to tell the truth, unless you already have those rockford 12's...i would look into getting something else.

Thursday, December 08, 2005 - 16:20 GMT actually the 350.4 would work better, if bridged per channel, 4ohm load, but may be to much power for them.

Thursday, December 08, 2005 - 17:12 GMT (2) 200wrms subs will be ok but @ age 19 i'm betting u would definitely like something louder unless u don't want your bro 2 spend too much $ If were my i'd get a single alpine type R 4ohms model with a alpine 605 amp - that'll sound good & be about the same budget .....
