New member Username: Ryan33187Post Number: 1 Registered: Nov-05 | I own a 1994 Camaro Z-28 I would like to put two 12" Kicker L7's 2004 Models I am buying a T-TOP box from http://www.subthump.com/acamarottop.htm. I was thinking about 2 Rockford Fosgate Punch 1500W Bridgeable 2-Channel MOSFET Amplifier with Selectable Bass Boost Model: P5002 one for each sub. Would that be enough power to power both subs well amp wise and then would I need a larger alternator or how would I be able to power it all? Also would I need to get a capacitor... which was sugjested by a guy I talked to earlier so I dont use as much of my alternator power or something... still new to car audio and such. please help thank you |

Silver Member Username: UcfsaxmanOviedo/orlando, Fl Post Number: 346 Registered: May-05 | i believe those amps only put out about 500 watts. you should look into a mono amp that does at least 1200 watts rms like JBL 1200.1 amp or you might as well stay with kicker and check out there SX or KX amps. |
