lack of current
probably need a bigger alternator, or smaller amplifier(s)

i am only running an alpine MRP-M350 amp to power my sub, other than that it is a JVC head unit pioneer 6x9's and pioneer 4x6's

when i had someone check it out they said that it was my front speakers, they said that they were wired correctly, but they also said that they were wired wrong.

well if the amp or speakers are improperly wired, you need to fix that.
I've seen a 200 watt amplifier cause a car to completely stall out when the system was turned up.
the amp, regardless of size, is still a strain on the car's electrical system that the car maker didn't take into account when choosing the alternator size for the engine.
