Gold Member Username: Chaunb3400Huntsville, Alabama U.S. Post Number: 1471 Registered: Jul-05 | Alright i recently acquired an 12' Alpine Type-X and a Hifonic BX1500D amp. Neither of which I have any use for so i said to myself i might as well let these items go at unbelievable prices.lol Type-X has only been mounted and used for 4 mins. asking 175+ shipping. obo Hifonic Amp has some cosmetic scratches but still works perfectly. Asking 150+ shipping.obo. I do have pics of this amp. |

Bronze Member Username: Islandboy808Mililani, Hawaii US Post Number: 72 Registered: Nov-05 | tnx chauncey.another question would that be way to much power to power 2 12 inch dvc 4 ohm alpine type S subs.and how should i wire it.if im not mistaken the amp is 1 ohm stable.should i wire them 1 ohm or 4 ohm.tnx another thing why do i always have to delete my password and put back in the same password for me to post a message.gets an error if i dont. |
Bronze Member Username: Islandboy808Mililani, Hawaii US Post Number: 73 Registered: Nov-05 | by the way did u get all my info. |
Gold Member Username: Chaunb3400Huntsville, Alabama U.S. Post Number: 1555 Registered: Jul-05 | u should not wire it at 1 ohm (1500 watts), u would blow ur speakers, 4ohm would work, but it is not as much power as they can handle (450 watts) so i would want to be safe than sorry, but if u do wire them at 1 ohm make sure u keep the gains turned down all the time. and do u have dial up or something because maybe the page is not finished loading b4 u press post |
