Based in the UK, and have a problem on my old Range Rover fitted with Clifford 300 alarm, the uunit works well most of the time but when damp-wet it often refuses to operate the alarm and allow the car to be used. I was suspect there is an aerial wire that could be grounding out on the chassis or similar when damp, its almost as if the remote had failed but have replaced it and the fault still continues, local clifford dealer reckons it is all right, and it is when dry, any ideas? unless I can find a solution it will have to be changed for something else. managed to find a wiring diagram and it looks like there is an aerial wire from the unit, Can anybody confirm this? If so please advise colour etc. and I'll have a search for it next weekend
