New member Username: JmjacksEaton, OH United States Post Number: 5 Registered: Nov-05 | I have been out of the circle for a while & want to setup a new system in my 95 Monte Carlo Z34. I already have my head unit a Pioneer DEH-P900R (I know it's a little dated but was the stuff when I got it).A pair of Pioneer 4-way 6x9's & thats it except for the stock door speakers. I'm on kind of a small budget so I don't need the best of everything. I would like decent SQ instead of massive SPL. I will be listening mostly to rock & top 40 but would like to "Feel the bass"every now & then. I was thinking about a component set in the doors but the stock speakers are only 4" but I might be able to somehow fit a pair of 5 1/4's. As far as amps & subs I have no idea, could I run the 6x9's & door speakers off of a 2 channel or would I have to get a 4 channel. Any suggestions on brands size type ect. As I said before right know my budget is limited to about $600 but I already have most of the wiring for the amps & speakers. Any help would be appreciated |
