I am going to be running 2 10" l7's and have been brought up the choice of a cheap battery (whatever is in my truck now) and a cap. Or an optima yellow top battery.
Yeah, that's them. Alot of parts stores sell them. A guy at another forum quit selling Optima batteries from his store because he said the quality has dropped off dramatically in the last year or so. I think he said he had like 10-12 Yellow Tops returned in just a few months, so he dropped Optima and picked up Kinetic (sp?). They are damn expensive, though.
What kind of amp(s) you going to be using to power them?
