Bronze Member Username: KoveaudioPost Number: 35 Registered: Mar-04 | what about kicker comp vrs? i'm not sure how i would run them though, i have a 100 watt class d mono amp, and they're DVC, how would i run them? and should i get dual 2 ohm or dual 4 ohm? |
Silver Member Username: Its_bacon12Post Number: 438 Registered: Dec-03 | it depends on what your amp's power output is at 2 and 1 ohms what is the make/model of the amp? |

Bronze Member Username: KoveaudioPost Number: 37 Registered: Mar-04 | RMS |
Gold Member Username: GlasswolfNorthWest, Michigan USA Post Number: 2049 Registered: Dec-03 | that'd be 500wRMS each for two subs, and the CompVRs are only rated for 300wRMS each. at that power output look for subs rated for around 500-650wRMS each for a pair of them on that amp. you'll want two 4 ohm SVC subs. |
Silver Member Username: Its_bacon12Post Number: 446 Registered: Dec-03 | two 15" comp VR's would do the trick, 500w rms each go with dual 2 ohm version or single 4 ohm (if available) |
