RE12 vs. CVR12

Ok, so I just got a job at circuit city and might be able to get a pair of CVR12's for $100 brand spankin new. I have a kicker 450.2 amp that is 225rmsX2. How would those kicker's compare to my current RE12's as far as SQ and SPL?
