Twisted Pair Speaker Wire

I'm working with the Knu Konceptz 12 GA Karma Kable. This stuff is a real PITA! I'm using a razor blade, which I just inserted into my finger, and this is very tedious. How do you folks go about removing the outer shielding on these wires?

That's what I used and it worked very well. (with the exact same speaker wire). And yeah...it's a pain in the butt alright.. But it's neat lookin, heh hhe.

Post Number: 1308 Registered: May-05	Posted on Friday, October 21, 2005 - 02:29 GMT i used my wire cutters, and my bare hands. an extreme pita indeed. not worth the inconvenience. i decided to just go with some nice 8awg and charge the loss on the twisted pair to the game.
