Friday, October 14, 2005 - 06:32 GMT I am kind of a novice with car audio...I am going to run the sub off of a mono amp...should I get a dual 2 ohm or dual 4 ohm sub? What would the difference be?

Friday, October 14, 2005 - 15:30 GMT dual 2 ohm can be 4or1ohm(dual 4 ohm 8or2ohm) impedance load,depending on connection you choose-parallel,or in series

Friday, October 14, 2005 - 16:13 GMT find out what ohm your amp is stable down to. many are 2 ohm, some better ones are 1 ohm.

Friday, October 14, 2005 - 18:25 GMT I will be running a kicker 2500.1 amp. So, I didn't know if I should get a dual 2 ohm or 4ohm sub.

Saturday, October 15, 2005 - 03:40 GMT HEY, I have A audiobahn A8002T amplifier stable @ 2 ohms and 800 peak power. what kind of subs would i need????? for one sub: How many voice coils and ohmss would i need. What about 2 12 inch subs? how would i wire the subs?? if i had 1 or two???
