Wednesday, October 12, 2005 - 05:39 GMT im currently purchasing two 12W7's and i was wondering what amp i should use to push them? any suggestions? your input is greatly appreciated and sorry for not using the right forum.

Wednesday, October 12, 2005 - 15:38 GMT Yes, for that amount, you can try Orion 2500D. MTX/RF/Kicker should have a model within your budget and power range. Notice I didn't include Hifonics in the list. Don't use their amps with W7 or any other high quality subs. Zapco C2K 9.0x on the average sold for $900 US on eBay. So you're not that far off.

Wednesday, October 12, 2005 - 17:26 GMT Phoenix Gold amps has that same good feature as JL amps with their 1-4ohms power @ any load . They are about 60% cheaper too than JL amps ....
