I am looking to spend less than $300. I want a good mix of sq and spl. I dont want anything bigger than a 12". The # of subs dosnt matter either. Does the orion h2 10.2 have ok sq.
You can snag an IDMAX for like 350. On a side note, I don't like to talk about subs like this as SQL subs, but everyone does. To me, SQL implies that its a mix between, a tradeoff between good sound quality and the ability to get loud. I think we need a new catchy term for SQ subs that just happen to get loud without making any sacrifices. Sorry I ranted on your thread.
I have an Eclipse Ti, little use for $200... And a brand new one for $300... but their 41lbs. a peice and you'll need a good encosure too. I have custom enclosures for $30. 3cu/ft tuned in at 35Hz. Little more towards the SPL side though...
