Will this amp work for a 10" sub..

Its a JL audio E1200. here are the stats Rated Power (mono): 120 W RMS x 1 @ 4 ohm (12.5V) 200 W RMS x 1 @ 2 ohm (12.5V) So will that be ok or should i send it back and get something better? Also, what are some good quality 10"'s....Thanks! -Alec H.

What do you think? Keep in mind I'm not looking for extreme bass AT ALL, just a little thump in my seat...
