Rainbow Hammer 10" sub, any good?

How would they compare to Rockford P1, Mbquart discuss, Lanzar Vibe, Pioneer, Cadence Q or F, JBL gto? These are basically my only options (at my price range)locally. Opinions on the better sq from these would be great
