guy keeps saying get 2 500/1 or a 1000/1 and im starting to get pist because i told the idiot no. no he is like get those and the capicitor and a new battery and dynomat for round 2grand .. so i was like are you a stupid F*** why would i pay that much stuff for some type R's. and i bought the box amp kit and woofers just for 500
the xtant x1001 is a sweet amp that would be a great fit. a cap is not what you would need. your installer is either missinformed or trying to sell you some snake oil. what you will need is a ho (high output) alternator. a cap will hide the problems of an insufficient charging system, a ho alternator will fix it.
