Elemental Designs question. 1 or 4 ohm

EDfan Unregistered guest	Posted on Monday, April 12, 2004 - 00:36 GMT I can hook my ED A series 12 inch up as a 1 ohm load using its dual 2 ohm voice coils. Would this sound alrite? and if so could I run it on a JBL 300.1? or a 600.1 if not which amplifier should I get. Thank you in advance.
