Anonymous | hi, I'm very new to car audio and wanted to know if i should get two alpine 12" type R 4 OHM or 2 OHM subs in my nissan 200sx. What's the difference? I know it takes more to power the 4 OHM's but as far as SQ goes what would be the better buy and would an Alpine MRD-M1005 V12 Digital Mono Amplifier be enough power for the two of these 4 or 2 OHM? |

You'll need to wire them in series/parallel for a 2ohm load on your amp. Check the specs on that amp to be sure it's not stable below 2 ohms. |
