I've got a Scion and cant find one for less than 650$ Nathan from excessiveamperage.com has a good reputation on this board, but he's not been available for the last few weeks. (someone please correct me if I'm wrong!) Possibly due to Hurricane Katrina (he's in Alabama). I'm actually trying to contact him to get a quote for an alt, but to no avail. Try www.h-o-alternators.com or just google "HO alternator" You'll come up with more results you can shake a stick at. PS. Have you installed everything yet? It's possible that you won't need one. SUVs usually have pretty beefy alts to begin with. However, I'm no expert when it comes to electrical systems. |
