For one Jbl is missing a subsonic filter, Also you would need to know how long both are said to last and what the rms is for a PGTANTRUM at 2 ohms I know they give the 4 ohm rms. I have heard the tantrum has some special circuit design to make it more effecient. I hope this helps you more then " I doubt you'll notice much difference."
