Alright guys, This is the last time i ask for an amp match for the kappa perfect 6.1. just a yes or no for good match is all i need? Kicker KX550.2 1100 Watts 2 Channels and Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks
that amp puts out 550wRMS at 4 ohms mono. you dont want mono for your mids and highs. then it will sound like crap in my opinion, b/c you wont be hearing "stereo" sound. the same sounds will come out of both the left and right channel.
that amp does 275wRMS at 2 ohms stereo, the Infinity's are 4 ohm, so it will not produce even close to 275w. you should go with an amp that does around 200-300wRMS at 4 ohms x 2.
Alright i was a little off on that one.. Thank you. I found this one as well, sounds about right. Little higher watts tho(400), MTX TA3404 4-CH. Im having some trouble triing to find at least a decent amp for the Kappa Perct 6.1 for around $200. If any one has these or knows a good amp for them??, please help. Thanks
