if you haven't got to work on mine yet, what was the stats on that old box? my trunk is actually 36" wide no problem and I may just pay you the rest for it but I needed to know how tall it was again cause i can't have one any taller than 15.5" but 36" across is no problem.. my dad must have been high that day :o.
Shipping is gonna be at least $25 UPS ground, and I wanna at least get my time and money back on this box...ya know. Cost me ~$28 for the MDF and stuff, and took me a weekend to build. (had to build it then let to caulk and stuff dry, then come back and use a router on the edges)
