Anonymous | So many newbs post a thread asking for a 'good cheap amp' - for a REALLY budget build , whose amps would be recommended the best out of these 4 & what other company would fall into this bracket ? Now i'm not talking about the boat anchor brands like pyle ,boss,lanzer,sony,pyramid . We all know the good brands but because of curiousity i just had to ask this . |

Silver Member Username: Matt12490Benicia, California Post Number: 211 Registered: May-05 | I would say 1) soundstream 2)hifonics 3)power acoustik 4)MA audio i heard awhile ago from someone on here that if you wanna go super cheap (like legacy, MA, pyle, boss, sony, ect.) go for Power Acoustik... but it doesnt mean that they are good by any means. i would have to say that soundstream is best on there. |

Hifonics are overrated, sometimes quite a bit, but reliably so, and I rarely see the amplifiers outright fail.. so they do their job. |
