Bronze Member Username: Rearden_metalPost Number: 11 Registered: Sep-05 | MW - so you mean get two JL/500s? What about JBL GTO 1200.1 or similar MTX? I see the price, but what makes JL so great? They are going on ebay for $350...I can do that, but not if I have to buy two. |
Gold Member Username: Basshead86Ocala, FL USA Post Number: 1169 Registered: Aug-05 | lol oops,i meant to say a JL 1000/1 a JBL 1200.1 would work great too. |
Gold Member Username: Basshead86Ocala, FL USA Post Number: 1176 Registered: Aug-05 | where did you buy the UR 10's from? how much? what made you decide on DLS? i too plan on getting DLS subs, and i am saving up to purchase one of their monoblock amps, the A6. |
Bronze Member Username: Rearden_metalPost Number: 13 Registered: Sep-05 | soundcity.com $235 - although if you can find them cheaper, let me know. I would have liked the Iridium better, but I have no idea where to find them. My decision was between the DLS and the IDQ, I have very little top mount depth in the box that fits into my back seat, so I had limited choices. The DLS offers better SQ and is a better sub all around. Even if I wasn't limited, I still like the DLS, although I would have considered the XXX or the Type X as well. Where are you getting the A6 and how much? |

Bronze Member Username: Rearden_metalPost Number: 14 Registered: Sep-05 | Do you know what the MSRP is for DLS Iridium 10s? |
Gold Member Username: Basshead86Ocala, FL USA Post Number: 1188 Registered: Aug-05 | no, but i could find out on Tuesday, b/c that is when they open again after getting back from NOPI in atlanta. |
