vinbelmo Unregistered guest | I am trying to understand how a four channel amp works when it is used to power a pair of speakers and also a sub by bridging two of the channels. For example this kicker amp (kx350.4) puts out 60W X 4 @ 4ohms and 175w X 4 @ 4ohms it also says 90w X 4 @ 2ohms IF i power speakers with the first two channels at 60 watts, what happens to that rating if the other two channels are bridged, is it still 60 watts and 175 for a sub or does it take all 4 channels to produce this 175w? Thanks. |
