Please help. need security code for toyota corolla radio

I have a new battery for my 2003 toyota corolla and now my car stereo says "sec" on the screen but I dont have the security code for it. so where do I find it!!!

Don't know about Toyota, but with Honda factory HU's you just go to Honda, prove that you own the vehicle, and they'll retrieve the code for you.

Might need to have the S/N from the stereo though, which might mean that they'll charge you to remove it, and read the serial #.

I had that problem with my Honda... removed the HU myself, and got the S/N.. took it to my Honda dealer, and they got me the code on the spot.

Anyways, dunno if Toyota is the same, but that might help.
