I have a MTX LSX1 xover. When I set the freq to me it acts like a gain control. It goes to 32 - 400. When set @ 400 its sounds louder and when set on 32 its not even half as loud! Is this xover any good? got it for free. I am useing it on a memphis prd 1000.1
Its loud @ 400 because you are sending all the freq below 400 to your subs. When its set at 32, only freq between 32 down to 20 are going to be heard from the sub.
