2amps,2subs,2Ohms?

if i wire two dual 4 Ohm voice coil subs to two seperate (but matching) amps, can i run each sub at 2 Ohms?

2 Volfenhag 12" 500Wrms each
2 Rockford Fosgate Punch 501s

Yes, that is what I do.

Wire the voice coils is parallel. Connect each sub to it's own amp and don't connect the subs together in any way.
