If you are getting 600 watts of clean power to it, and everything else is done right (good charging system, good grounds etc.), you will get the best that that sub has to offer, which is nice sound quality. That amp running @ 1 ohm is not delivering the cleanest of power...my advice - get an amp that will deliver 600-700 watts @ 4 ohms. The only other thing that you can do to get your system to be louder is to install another identical sub and amp. If you do that, your system will be noticably louder and you will maintain the SQ...the best of both worlds. The more subs you have, the louder the system will get. Keep that sub in a 1.5 cubic feet sealed enclosure. They are not designed for ported boxes. |
