The SE 12 will probably sound very nice also and get loud and the Avalanche will be good overall for both SQ/SPL. Depends on the install

marshall white Silver Member Username: Southernrebel Monroe, Louisiana USA Post Number: 825 Registered: Mar-04	Posted on Sunday, August 21, 2005 - 01:17 GMT the MT is a totally different animal... it is about 99% spl. the MT's have very high motor strength and unreal power handleing.(5000wrms+ easily for burps depending on the install) Like MO said, it will depend on the install. The SX makes for a good daily driver sub, IMO, and it can get VERY loud in the right install.
