anybody out there know if it's possible to run 2 JL Audio 10W3 d2 with a JL Audio 10W3 d6 all hooking up to a Rockford bd1500. the Rockford's 2 ohm stable, but running the speaks parallel give me 1.67 ohm if all 3 were rated at 2 ohms. does anybody know what the impedience would be with the 6 ohm speaker added to the two, 2 ohms speaks? thanks for any help.
You should avoid running subs with different impedances off the same amp, not sure why, but in my experience, it just sounds better to run different sub types off different amps..
