Why dont you just go with some hifonics theyre pretty cheap. I know sub has some for sale for like $125 1000rms or 1500 rms cant remember what model they were.

Orion 2500D...wire at 2ohms underpowering each sub by 150rms saw one for about $550 off ebay 2 Elemental Designs eD.9 $350 each overpowering by 200rms each 2 Kicker KX1200.1 about $700(combined) or so shipped off ebay ovrpowering by 200rms sorry man 2000rms from a good amp doesnt come cheap although you could use you 3000watt legacy amp
Just curious, because I have one that I have them make 4 ohm. The reason I asked is that I also have an amp here that might work for 2 SX's it's a Directed 2400D, as I was going to buy 2 of the SX's but went with one 15", I don't need this much power, but just trying to help!
