Saturday, August 06, 2005 - 01:12 GMT friend of mine got 2 kickers..he is still wanting to know whether he needs ported or sealed boxes, and what kind of amp to push them with? i told him to get a pioneer HU as glasswolf recommended for the entry level type systems thanks.

Saturday, August 06, 2005 - 14:08 GMT i've ported a pair of 12" kicker comps to 35hz and they sounded pretty good. got real low and loud. much louder than just a reagular sealed box

Sunday, August 07, 2005 - 01:56 GMT i have sealed box for my 12" kickers sound good the reason i went sealed is thats what kicker recomends for them i figure they made them they sell them to you and they want you back so the way i see it thats the best for that sub not all subs thats tuned to 20 to 30hz thats in the manual
