When I buy an Amplifier which specs should I look for?

I DO NOT want a very powerful amplifier, but i want it as clean as possible (minimal if any distortion) and as DEEP as possible. (not too powerful, because i dont wanna replace my 70AMP alternator)

Look for class D amp. MTX for mid priced range and Zapco/JL for high end.
Your 70A alternator will give you around 20A to play with. That's about it.
