If they're wired in series, voltage is divided. end result is like this: 1 mono amp, 1 4-ohm sub (4 ohm load) 1000 watts to the sub 1 mono amp, 2 4-ohm subs in parallel (2 ohm load) 1000 watts per sub (slightly less in reality) 1 mono amp, 2 4-ohm subs in series 500 watts per sub (8 ohm load) |

If the amp is 2 ohm stable, and you get a dual 2 ohm coil sub, then yes. 4 ohms from a single sub, then 2 ohms from two subs. each sub will get the same power alone or with both on the amp. you should really learn a bit about resistance, current, and voltage. www.bcae1.com has lots of guides on this. |
