I just purchased this deck open box from american tv along with the wiring adapter, i matched all the wires, but the deck just makes a mechanical noise like it's opening. it doesn't power up, doesn't do anything except make a little mechanical noise. the security light flashes in the back when i pop the faceplate off. i had it checked out by american's tech guy but he said nothing was wrong with it at all, and that it powered up for him. It's going in a 93 honda prelude si. any help would be greatly appreciated.
