I was just curious to why the MBR-70 dosen't say Orion on it, instead it says "WIRED". I use to have one of these and am looking for another now so I was very glad to see one on here, I've just never seen it say that on one before. Is there a reason for that? Is this a knock off or something else? If so I just want to be sure that it works the same, I read in the description that it is an Orion MBR-70 so I just want to know what the deal is.
It is the product from Orion. I know it is never mentioned on the case. Don't recall the history with it. Perhaps, Wired got bought out by Orion or was a subsidiary of Orion company.
WIRED was Orion's accessory branch. that was what everything was labeled that was for wiring, connectors, isolators, LED displays, and all of that. If it wasn't strictly a speaker or audio component like a signal processor or amplifier, it didn't usually say Orion, it said Wired.
