4 4ohm speakers to a 2 channel amp

hey everyone. my car got broken into last weekend and they stole my 4 channel amp.so i was wondering if their was any way i could hook up 4 4ohm speakers to a 2 channel amp.either in series or parallel or like they show in the website below.it says it is usually used in musical instrument cabinets.it is the 4th diagram on the page

Yes it is possible as long as they are SVC 4-ohm subs. Make 2 pairs and wire each pair in series, then connect both pairs togther in parallel to a bridged 2-channel amp. You will have an end result of 4-ohms. Take a look:

the speakers are all coaxial not subs would it still work? thanks again

If they're coaxials then you need stereo. Run 2 in parallel to each channel for a two ohm stereo load. You won't be able to front/rear fade betwen the speakers this way however.
