Silver Member Username: JaackdethUnited States Post Number: 201 Registered: Sep-04 | Well I tell you, I have a hifonics now, and I hate it, and I don't want another lemon myself, I just never heard of concept before, and where they are ranked!! |
Gold Member Username: CarguyPost Number: 3605 Registered: Nov-04 | Hifonics are not as good as some people claim. I rate it below MTX and JBL. Concepts are somewhere between MTX and Hifonics. If you're after quality at a low price, try JBL or MTX. If you look at some of the PPI PC/PCX series amps on eBay, you will find good deals. Orion HCCA/SX are also great amps. You won't be disappointed with any of them. If you have a small budget, then you can try Concept for under $200. Try bidding at the last minute for $200. You might win it. Don't expect a miracle though. Any amp that does not use 1w/$1 mark is not worth investing. Zapco/JL/Xtant/US Amps etc all fall within that measure/guide. |
