Toyt 6 Disc Err3

I have a 1999 Toyt w/ a 6 disc CD.All of a sudden it would not eject CD's & displayed ERR3. Took to a Audio store.Got cd's out, but could not fix w/out a manual...my manual says err3 means reset...is this one of those code things? Pls HELP!!!!!!
