Wednesday, July 13, 2005 - 18:23 GMT I'm seeing a lot of people buying the XXX in the 18" version across the internet. If put in a sealed box, and powered right, does it remain musical even though its an 18" sub?

Thursday, July 14, 2005 - 06:42 GMT sure its muusical.. you just need to give it a LTO of power so the massive motor can control all of that cone mass properly. that's all I'm using two RE XXX 12" in a sealed aperiodic enclosure myself, with ~1300 watts to each sub from dedicated amplifiers

Friday, July 15, 2005 - 22:49 GMT Yea, I hope so...I've only heard good things about it. The wait gives me time to start building custom.
