2000 VW Jetta firewall

If you poke a small hole and force the wire through, it will keep it airtight and leak free. Otherwise, you shouuld use a grommet like this: http://www.stingerelectronics.com/web/prods/fans.asp Right near the bottom of the page. I'm sure you can find one for cheaper than Stinger, but I've never looked for them before.
