Saturday, July 02, 2005 - 14:05 GMT THERE IS A BUNCH OF CRAP BEING SOLD ON EBAY REFURBISHED. I KNOW IT'S USED AND STUFF, BUT IS THERE A HUGE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN NEW AND REFURBISHED?

Saturday, July 02, 2005 - 15:56 GMT refurbished means that it was checked out and fixed. it means in working order with minor flaws or defects

Saturday, July 02, 2005 - 18:23 GMT think of it as buying a car with a salvage title i bought a refurbished set of computer speakers on ebay, here is what was done to them the sub was blown in the set, they replaced the sub, tested it, and recertified it as working but still been used. it works great. there is always the chance of getting a sub or amp refurbed that breaks the moment you hook it up. but as jack said, ive bought refurbs and never had any problems

Tuesday, July 05, 2005 - 20:50 GMT I have refurbed amplifier and nothing is wrong with it. I have no problem with buying refurbed especially if I know that it was sent back to the manufacturer to be fixed.
