Anyone know how i can figure out my battery voltage that will be powering my amp? I also need to know cuz i am gonna hook up a bunch of leds but i couldn't find the voltage amount on it. Is there any type of test or something that i could do? It serves 800amps but that isn't enough info i don't think.
Get a multimeter. When the car is off you should have somewhere around 12V and when the car is on you should have anywhere from 13-15V
I don't know where you saw 800amps at but i guarantee you it can't put out 800amps.

800 amps might be cold cranking amps (on the battery) The amperage you want to look at would be what your alternator puts out. Depending on the car it might be 85-105 amps or more. And as was suggested above a multimeter will tell you the voltage.
