I just bought a Infinity Perfect 12.1 single 4 ohm sub which is listed as 75-350 RMS and 1400 max. How much power should my new amp have? Also should I go with class D or not?
I was looking at the MTX Thunder 801D.

You will need 350w rms amp. You can go with class D. It's cheaper than class AB and uses less power.
