Hi folks, total n00b here looking for some advice from the pros.
I'm looking to refit my 91 TBird with a new sound system... already have a head unit, a cheap Koss deal, 40x4 MP3 deck. I'll be keeping that one for now.
I want to know your guys' opinion on the Pioneer TS-A6880R 6x8s. They seem to be a good option and I need some good 6x8s front and back. How decent are they in your opinion, and should they be amped? If so, can you recommend an amp? I'm not looking to break the bank, but I also don't mind spending some cash to get a good product. Upper-middle of the road I guess.
I'm also looking at the Pioneer GM-D510M 1000w mono amp and a couple 10" woofers. Any opnions on this would be greatly appreciated.
